You get a confirmation, and we get in touch the same working day to book your setup. Your account is live and your team is logged in inside the first week.

Is there a setup fee or a per-seat cost?

No per-seat cost — add the whole team. Setting up your channels, pipeline and automations is work we do with you, and it is included when you take the CRM alongside a retainer with us. On its own, we will quote the setup before you commit to it.

What is not included in the AED 300?

Message credits. WhatsApp and SMS charge to deliver messages, and that cost is passed to you as it is billed, separately from the monthly fee.

Can I cancel?

Any time, with no minimum term. Your data stays yours and you can export it whenever you like — we keep nothing hostage.
